Your sanctuary is a tranquil 4 star luxury resort overlooking the Atlantic coastline, surrounded by nature and just a 10 minute walk from the nearby beach. Begin each morning with yoga and meditation, followed by meals intentionally crafted to support women's wellbeing. Throughout the week, enjoy two massage treatments of your choice, designed to release tension and help your body reset.
Afternoons may lead you to exploring the charming cafés and boutiques in Ericeira with provided transfers, joining guided scenic hikes along the coastline, walking down to the beach, participating in wellness workshops on women's health and nutrition, or simply resting by the pool with ocean views at every turn.

Morning yoga and meditation practice and satisfying breakfast buffet before choosing your own experience for the day, honoring what you feel you need most. We'll provide transfers to and from the charming surf town of Ericeira to explore its shops, cafés, and seaside beauty.
Light lunch buffet | 1:00 pm
A thoughtfully prepared lunch will be served at the resort, or you can choose to have lunch in town.
Afternoon | 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Free time in town, or if you choose to stay at the resort, you can opt in for your massage treatment or simply relax by the pool or beach.

Day 6 | Sea
Morning | 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
After yoga and breakfast, you'll spend the day how you like. We'll provide transfers for you to explore the beautiful cliffs and beach at Praia de São Julião or in Ericeira town. Or simply stay at the resort for massages and sunshine by the pool.

Absolutely. Many women join us solo, and it's one of the most beautiful parts of the week. Strangers quickly become friends. We create a safe, welcoming environment where you’ll feel held, even if you arrive not knowing anyone.

Your retreat includes 7 days and 6 nights in a beautiful private villa, daily yoga and mindfulness sessions, all meals (gluten-free, refined sugar-free, whole foods-focused), group activities, gentle movement, guided workshops, and local excursions. Airport transfers and extras like massage or pottery can be arranged at an additional cost.

Not at all. We don’t promote dieting or restriction. This is about reconnecting with your body and feeling good through supportive meals, gentle movement, and mindful living. Our goal is to help you feel more at home in your body, not to change it.

Yes. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and completely optional. Everything is offered as an invitation. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that feel good for your body and skip anything that doesn’t feel aligned.

Yes, plenty. While we offer a beautiful structure of daily movement and workshops, there’s lots of free time to nap, read, journal, walk to the beach, or have a massage. This is your week to slow down.

Yes. Please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Our kitchen is gluten-free and refined sugar-free by default, and most meals are dairy-optional and vegetarian or vegan.

We’ll provide detailed travel guidance when you book. Lisbon (LIS) is the nearest airport, and Ericeira is about a 45-minute drive away. Uber is a quick and safe method to arrive.

You don’t need any prior experience — we’ll simply guide you through short, accessible practices that help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Think of it as an invitation to pause, not a performance. Many of our guests are new to meditation, and this retreat is a safe space to explore it at your own pace.
