Why are our retreats women only?

The Wander Woman retreat was created from something we’ve felt deeply: that women are quietly carrying a lot.

The constant giving, planning, supporting, and striving can leave so little room to pause, or to ask ourselves:

How am I, really?

And even less space to truly listen for the answer.


This retreat is that pause.

Our wellness retreats for women are an opportunity to step outside of your day-to-day and come back to yourself, slowly, gently, without pressure or performance.

We believe that when women are offered real space, softness, and care, they begin to remember a version of themselves that may have been buried under the noise. A version that feels clearer, calmer, and more true to who you are.

There is something special that happens in a space held only for women. It is not about excluding anyone. It is about creating an environment that feels safe enough to let your guard down. In that safety, we tend to speak more honestly, move more intuitively, and stop apologizing for taking up space.

From the food we serve to the rhythm of each day, everything has been thoughtfully considered to support women’s wellbeing. Our meals are designed to nourish and support your body in every season of life.

Yoga and movement sessions are paced to meet you where you are, whether you are brand new to it or returning after time away. Between practices, you will have time to rest, receive, and reconnect.

Workshops invite deeper exploration into women’s health, nervous system care, and mindful living. Massage treatments are woven through the week to help you soften and fully land in your body.

Each detail, from morning rituals to evening meals, is created to bring you back to a steadier rhythm. This is not about self improvement or hustle in disguise. It is about rest, pleasure, connection, and remembering what it feels like to be in your body in a way that feels good.
