  •  This retreat is designed especially for women in their 30s to 50s who are craving space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Whether you’re navigating burnout, in transition, or simply seeking a deeper sense of calm and clarity, this is for you. No experience with wellness retreats or yoga required. Just come as you are.

  •  Absolutely. Many women join us solo, and it's one of the most beautiful parts of the week. Strangers quickly become friends. We create a safe, welcoming environment where you’ll feel held, even if you arrive not knowing anyone.

  •  Your retreat includes 7 days and 6 nights in a beautiful private villa, daily yoga and mindfulness sessions, all meals (gluten-free, refined sugar-free, whole foods-focused), group activities, gentle movement, guided workshops, and local excursions. Airport transfers and extras like massage or pottery can be arranged at an additional cost.

  •  Every meal is thoughtfully created for women’s well-being. Gut-friendly, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and designed to support steady energy, digestion, and hormone balance. We serve three intentional meals daily, including 3-course lunches and dinners, all plant-forward and whole foods-based. You can check out the Nutrition page for sample menus.

  •  Not at all. We don’t promote dieting or restriction. This is about reconnecting with your body and feeling good through supportive meals, gentle movement, and mindful living. Our goal is to help you feel more at home in your body, not to change it.

  •  Yes. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and completely optional. Everything is offered as an invitation. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that feel good for your body and skip anything that doesn’t feel aligned.

  •  Yes, plenty. While we offer a beautiful structure of daily movement and workshops, there’s lots of free time to nap, read, journal, walk to the beach, or have a massage. This is your week to slow down.

  •  Yes. Please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Our kitchen is gluten-free and refined sugar-free by default, and most meals are dairy-optional and vegetarian or vegan.

  •  Supportive, peaceful, spacious. We keep the group small and intentionally curated so you can feel held without pressure to perform. Think barefoot walks, laughter at long tables, deep exhales, and real connection with yourself and other women.

  •  We keep our retreats intimate, typically around 10 to 14 women, to ensure connection, comfort, and personalized attention.

  • Not at all. Our meditation sessions are gentle, beginner-friendly, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. You don’t need any prior experience — we’ll simply guide you through short, accessible practices that help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Think of it as an invitation to pause, not a performance. Many of our guests are new to meditation, and this retreat is a safe space to explore it at your own pace.
