At Wander Woman, food isn’t an afterthought; it’s a key part of our holistic approach to health and wellness.

Each dish is intentionally designed to support women’s bodies, moods, and energy levels using whole ingredients, seasonal produce, and a sensible, functional approach to nutrition. With readily available ingredient cards, you’ll never have to guess what is in your food, restrict your choices, or feel guilty about consuming our delicious daily treats.

All meals served during our wellness retreats in Portugal are:

During your retreat, you can expect protein-rich breakfasts: setting the tone for a calm, energized day ahead.

On-site lunches and dinners are served as three-course meals (appetizer, main, dessert), with each dish following the same standards: whole foods and clean, local ingredients. With no processed seed oils or unnecessary fillers, our healthy and nutritious meals focus on supporting women-specific needs like digestion and hormone health, while helping to maintain your energy levels throughout the day.
