Vinyasa Yoga
Movement Practices for Women’s Wellness.
A dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, creating a meditative and energizing flow, amongst the sounds and scents of Portugal’s Atlantic coastline.
It builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while promoting a deep connection between body and breath.
Meditation
Cultivate awareness, presence, and inner stillness.
Meditation helps quiet the mind and deepen self-connection.
Regular practice can reduce stress, enhance clarity, and promote a sense of balance and well-being.
Yin & Restorative Yoga
Slow your flow to connect truly to yourself.
A slow, meditative yoga practice where asanas are held for several minutes, allowing the body to relax into the yoga posture and gently release tension.
This practice encourages calm movements, stillness, and introspection, improving flexibility and energetic balance.
“Yoga does not transform the way we see things,
it transforms the person who sees.”
— B.K.S. Iyengar
Meet Carlotta
Your multi-lingual yoga Instructor in Portugal
Originally from Italy, Carlotta relocated to Portugal in 2015, where her life could more closely follow the rhythm of nature, allowing her to grow spiritually and to combine all the elements of a healthy lifestyle for her family.
Passionate about yoga for many years, it was in 2013, after a profound experience at the Sivananda Ashram in southern India, that her desire to deepen her knowledge of yoga philosophy intensified. This led Carlotta to complete her first yoga teacher training course in Ericeira, a little-known fishing village and soon-to-be world surf reserve found on the Atlantic coast of Portugal.
For more than 10 years, she has furthered her understanding of the connections between mind and body, and now specialises in Yin Yoga, Functional Yoga Anatomy, and Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.
Inspired by her own experiences, Carlotta believes that yoga is a powerful and often under-explored path to self-connection, and she believes in the power of regular yoga practice to promote women’s health and wellbeing.
In her classes, she focuses on integrating breath and movement, promoting awareness, strength, and relaxation.
