Introduction LEE & DEMARIA LDA (hereafter referred to as "We," "Our," or "Us") is the owner and operator of The Wander Woman retreats ("Retreats") and this website, including all related content, services, and materials. By accessing or participating in any of Our Retreats or viewing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

Terminology "Retreat": Refers to any retreat, course, service, or product offered by Us, whether through our website or any affiliated channel. "Participant": Refers to any individual who may pay for or participate in associated events or use services provided by Us, including but not limited to retreat attendance, yoga, accommodations, meals, transportation, workshops, and use of facilities.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By enrolling in or participating in a Retreat, or by using our website, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • You acknowledge that you are not receiving any professional, medical, or qualified advice from Us.

Scope of Terms

  • These Terms apply to the use of our website and participation in any Retreats.

  • You acknowledge and accept these Terms, and failure to read them is not a valid defense.

  • If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.

  • We may amend these Terms at any time by updating this page or notifying you via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

General Terms

  • You must act respectfully and lawfully during the Retreat. We reserve the right to exclude any Participant due to misconduct or safety concerns.

Participant Payment and Cancellation

  • All payments made to LEE & DEMARIA LDA are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel, we will provide a Cancellation Letter to support your travel insurance claim.

  • Full payment must be received no later than 60 days before the Retreat start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

Retreat Rescheduling or Cancellation

  • If We reschedule a Retreat, you will receive a credit note equal to the amount paid.

  • If We cancel a Retreat, you will receive a full refund within 2–10 weeks.

  • If cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), you will receive a credit note instead of a refund.

Physical Condition Requirements

  • You should consult with a medical professional before participating in retreat activities and comply with their advice.

  • Participation carries inherent risks. You assume all risks and are responsible for your health and safety.

  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions before the Retreat.

  • We do not guarantee any health, fitness, or wellness outcomes.

  • You are responsible for arranging any recommended vaccinations or medications related to travel.

Information and Features Available on the Website

  • All content is provided in good faith and is intended as general information.

  • We are not responsible for ensuring that our services are suitable for your personal circumstances.

  • You should obtain your own professional advice where necessary.

  • We make no guarantees about the accuracy or uninterrupted availability of our content.

Flights and Personal Travel Costs:

We are not liable for any flight bookings, travel costs, or accommodation expenses made by participants. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen changes.
