BY THE DAY

Day 2 | Relax

Ease into your first full day with a morning yoga and meditation practice, followed by a wholesome breakfast buffet. The morning is yours to rest, walk to the beach, or enjoy your included massage. After lunch, we’ll take a scenic hike along the coast with time to relax at the beach before ending the day with dinner back at the resort.

Day 1 | Presence

Welcome to Portugal. Arrive and settle into your room at our peaceful 4-star resort near Ericeira, complete with a wellness welcome gift and a few thoughtful touches to ease you into the week. In the afternoon, we’ll gather for a grounding yoga session to meet the group and soften into the space, followed by a special welcome dinner prepared by our private chef.

Day 3 | Explore

Start the day with morning movement and breathwork, then we’ll head into the charming surf town of Ericeira to explore its shops, cafés, and seaside beauty. We’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, return to the resort for a restorative yoga session, and unwind with a casual evening meal.

Day 4 | Flow

After yoga and breakfast, the day opens for you to follow your own rhythm. You can join an optional trip to Sintra, take a ceramics workshop, go on a guided hike, or simply enjoy downtime by the pool or spa. Lunch will be served at the resort, and we’ll come back together for a relaxed group dinner in the evening.

Day 5 | Grow

Morning practice sets the tone for a day of insight and inspiration. You’ll have the option to join group workshops on topics like women’s nutrition, hormone health, or mindful living. In the late afternoon, we’ll head out for a private winery tour and sunset dinner: one of the highlights of the week.

Day 6 | Sea

After yoga and breakfast, we’ll spend the day near the ocean, exploring the beautiful cliffs and beach at Praia de São Julião. Enjoy a laid-back lunch with sea views and time to relax or swim. We’ll close the day with our final yoga session and a special farewell dinner with live music.

Day 7 | Growth

Our final morning together begins with a gentle practice, followed by a nourishing brunch and some closing moments as a group. You’ll check out feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply cared for, ready to take the calm and clarity of this experience into your next chapter.

  •  Our first retreat will take place in October 2025 in Ericeira, Portugal. It's a laid-back coastal town known for its natural beauty, ocean air, and peaceful energy. The villa is set among nature and within a short drive of the sea.

  •  This retreat is designed especially for women in their 30s to 50s who are craving space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Whether you’re navigating burnout, in transition, or simply seeking a deeper sense of calm and clarity, this is for you. No experience with wellness retreats or yoga required. Just come as you are.

  •  Absolutely. Many women join us solo, and it's one of the most beautiful parts of the week. Strangers quickly become friends. We create a safe, welcoming environment where you’ll feel held, even if you arrive not knowing anyone.

  •  Your retreat includes 7 days and 6 nights in a beautiful private villa, daily yoga and mindfulness sessions, all meals (gluten-free, refined sugar-free, whole foods-focused), group activities, gentle movement, guided workshops, and local excursions. Airport transfers and extras like massage or pottery can be arranged at an additional cost.

  •  Every meal is thoughtfully created for women’s well-being. Gut-friendly, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and designed to support steady energy, digestion, and hormone balance.   •  Not at all. We don’t promote dieting or restriction. This is about reconnecting with your body and feeling good through supportive meals, gentle movement, and mindful living. Our goal is to help you feel more at home in your body, not to change it.

  •  Yes. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and completely optional. Everything is offered as an invitation. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that feel good for your body and skip anything that doesn’t feel aligned.

  •  Yes, plenty. While we offer a beautiful structure of daily movement and workshops, there’s lots of free time to nap, read, journal, walk to the beach, or have a massage. This is your week to slow down.

  •  Yes. Please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Our kitchen is gluten-free and refined sugar-free by default, and most meals are dairy-optional and vegetarian or vegan.

  •  We’ll provide detailed travel guidance when you book. Lisbon (LIS) is the nearest airport, and Ericeira is about a 45-minute drive away. Uber is a quick and safe method to arrive.

  •  Supportive, peaceful, spacious. We keep the group small and intentionally curated so you can feel held without pressure to perform. Think barefoot walks, laughter at long tables, deep exhales, and real connection with yourself and other women.

  •  We keep our retreats intimate, typically around 10 to 14 women, to ensure connection, comfort, and personalized attention.

Think of it as an invitation to pause, not a performance. Many of our guests are new to meditation, and this retreat is a safe space to explore it at your own pace.
